Welcome back for another year of Hot Lunches!
The Hot Lunches Program is a little more versatile this year, with three order options:
1. Order online and pay with PayPal. (instructions below)
2. Order online, print invoice and pay cash or cheque
3. Order on paper forms and pay cash or cheque
*Please make cheques payable to St. Louis School Council*
If your family opts for the paper ordering option, please ensure completeness of the form and that cash or cheque payment is received along with the order form by the due date. Monthly order sheets will be posted on this webpage for you to download and complete at home, or copies are available at the school.

Here's how to get started...
- To register for the hot lunch program, click here: www.stlouis.hotlunches.net
- Click on REGISTER. Enter Access Code SLHL
- Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
- Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
- Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends St. Louis School
- Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
- Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren

PayPal:
You can either pay with a credit card as a PayPal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own PayPal account. Cash and cheques will be accepted at the school.
The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.
**Please Note: Should you experience any issues with your PayPal account, you must contact PayPal directly to solve the issue.
